Independent arts groups can discuss their budget requirements with him as well.

Studio A:

32 feet by 17 feet; 13 foot ceilings; windows; good lighting; and laminate flooring.

Performance

Seats 50; four 3' x 6' risers; lighting grid; stage manager's booth; NSI 7008 Memory Lighting Controller; DPS 6000 Digital Dimmer System; 15 lighting instruments; Micromix 8 MP8 sound mixer; 2 speakers

Studio B:

13 feet by 13 feet; 13 foot ceilings; sound insulated; good lighting; carpet.

Other Amenities

Please note that reception and kitchen area are to be shared during rehearsal and audition bookings; waiting area; air conditioning.

Note:

6% GST added to all rentals.
There is a 4 hour minimum on all rentals.

Renters must arrange to pick up keys at the Centre during office hours.

A key deposit of $20 is required.
For performance evenings, a clean-up deposit of $50 is required.
