As the course is on Zoom it will be ideal to treat questions such as lighting, backdrop, readers, use of space, eyeline, memorizing lines. Using both one of your previous audition tapes to critique and new scenes auditioned in the class we will touch on key issues that can divert you from playing truthfully and relaxed.
Direction and comments will be similar to those you receive from casting directors running sessions for shows shooting in town.
Three audition scenes will be worked - a three-scene guest lead, a one-scene principal role and a one-liner. The small class size will guarantee you maximum on-camera time.
Classes are held at 10:00 am – 2:00 pm EST on Saturday and Sunday, July 9 and 10.
A photo and resume must be submitted before attendance can be confirmed. Payment must be made prior to class beginning.
