Terry Haig

An actor, broadcaster and reporter, Terry has been a vital part of the Montreal arts and sports scene for most of his life. A draft dodger during the Viet Nam war, Terry has always been on the side of people fighting for their rights. He had a lead role in the 1973 feature The Pyx and has worked in the movies from then ‘til now. The Centaur Theatre premiered David Fennario’s landmark production of On The Job featuring Terry. He was the colour commentator for the Montreal Expos and a long-time reporter for Radio Canada International. Terry and I have been dear friends and colleagues since 1970. We congratulate Terry on a worthwhile life lived and wish him continued success!
